Cédula real, issued by Philip V from the royal palace in San Ildefonso on Oct. 12, 1726, to Toribio José Cosío y Campo, governor of the Philippines, informing him that the General Committee of the Royal Treasury has approved a measure which calls for nautical equipment to be shipped from Cavite to Acapulco rather than to Veracruz, as had been the practice.
